Preschool Gymnastics
ages 3 - 5
Preschool gymnastics class is held in a safe, healthy, and positive environment for your little one to work on their basic motor skills like running, jumping, grasping, balancing, strength building, and coordination through gymnastics training techniques. Nx staff teaches appropriate skill progressive gymnastics to girls and boys using themes and curriculum on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise while incorporating song, dance and games.

Inner Warrior Yoga
ages 14+
Yoga is for everyone - no matter your age or whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. No judgement, no expectations, just space to breathe and be human. In a world that moves fast and asks a lot, this is where you slow down, reset, turn down the noise, and reconnect with your strength. Wherever you are in your day, we’ll meet you there. Leave grounded, clear, and steady in your body and mind. Your inner warrior isn’t something you need to find - it’s already in you.

Morning Out
Morning Out is a wonderful concept for the parent-on-the-go, working parent, or parents who just need some personal time. Our staff will host a 4-hour class where children will be able to move through an obstacle course, learning centers, time with our therapy farm animals, crafts and childhood games all combined with potty breaks and snack time. All snacks should be packed in a lunchbox or bag. This is offered every Monday and Wednesday (pre-registration required). We usually follow a theme / seasonal learning curriculum so please keep an eye out on our social media.

Open Gym
ages 6+

Adult Stretch and Light Fitness
ages 14+
Recharge your body and mind with our adult stretch and light fitness class! This low-impact session is perfect for improving flexibility, easing tension, and staying active in a welcoming environment. Conveniently scheduled alongside our preschool gymnastics class, you can prioritize your own wellness while your child learns, moves, and has fun.

Baby Butterflies
ages baby to 2
Your kiddo is on the move, and each minute of the day is a new opportunity to explore! Welcome to Toddler Together, where wobbles turn into walking and little ones discover the joy of their ever-expanding world. This class emphasizes how to safely crawl on and off of objects, go up and down safely on slides and stairs, and how to get up from those inevitable toddler falls! Classes include obstacle courses, beam, bars, trampoline, and end with bubbles each class.

Headstart Honeybees
Recreational gymnastics class in a safe, healthy, and positive environment using the "Personal Best Mentality". Nx staff teaches appropriate skill progressive gymnastics to girls and boys using themes and curriculum on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercise. We are constantly researching new drills and skills to better teach your child and look forward to sharing our love and passion for this sport!

Tumbling and Acro
offers tumbling classes from beginner through advanced. This class is for beginners and intermediate tumblers. They will be given proper stations and drills for the skills they need to master. We teach proper technique for handstands, cartwheels, round offs, walk overs, back and front handsprings, during this hour. There are no minimum skill requirements to register for this class.

Ask to Join Recreational pre-team for 40$ after you have enrolled and taken a gymnastics class for one month in addition to your regular class time

Ojisan Rendokan Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karate
This family-oriented course, taught by Sensei Nick, introduces the ancient art of Okinawan Shorin-Ryu. With time and dedication, students can progress from White Belt to Black Belt. Students will learn Kata (structured patterns of movements), Kumite (one-step sparring), self-control, confidence, self-defense, and above all, respect for others and oneself. This course is also beneficial for seniors, as it helps improve balance, memory, mobility, and strength.

Groove Garage
Ages 14+
Groove Garage is a weekly open mic like music jam session where musicians can come together and create art. The jams will be recorded and posted to our social medias. Musicians must supply their own equipment.

R2 Studio Media Lab
Ages 6+
R2 Studios is a hands-on media program where kids learn photography, videography, and creative storytelling. Students explore cameras, lighting, and editing while creating fun projects, building confidence, and developing real media skills in a supportive and creative environment.

Code Lab
Ages 9 - 12
An engaging, beginner-friendly course where students learn the building blocks of coding by designing and playing their own games. Each class combines hands-on programming with creative problem-solving, guiding students through core code concepts like variables, loops, conditionals, and functions. Themed games change with the seasons to keep learning exciting, and students gain confidence as they see their ideas come to life in a fun, supportive environment. Rolling-entry classes ensure every student can join, explore, and grow at their own pace.

Hidden Haven Little Hut
Our staff host a weekly 1.5 hr class where children will participate in - learning centers, obstacle courses, songs, games, story time, and crafts with our therapy farm animals. This is a fun educational class following a theme/ seasonal learning curriculum and helps with small fun community projects!

Monday Open play- is a wonderful concept where children will be able to move through an obstacle course, learning centers, crafts and childhood games in a safe environment. We usually follow a theme / seasonal learning curriculum so please keep an eye out on our social media for center changes.

After-School Program
The elementary school bus drops off at around 4pm. The children are then brought into our little hut for play time, snack (packed by parent), homework and fun activities and crafts involving our themes and therapy animals. At 5pm the child joins into one of our core classes of their choosing. This could be gymnastics, karate, R-squared, and maybe even dance.
